We offer the use of our facilities to non-profit community organizations free of charge during our office hours between Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. There are two rooms available, our boardroom which can comfortably accommodate 12 people, and our classroom which can accommodate up to 50 people. Equipment available for your community group includes:
- TV/VCR
- LCD projector
- Overhead projector
- Screens
Our facilities are also available after office hours or on weekends on a cost-recovery basis for staff time. We charge rates for a minimum of two hours. Weekday evening bookings must start at 5 p.m. Currently, our rates for bookings outside our regular office hours are:
- Weekday evenings, after 5 p.m.: $20/hour
- Weekends: $25/hour
